We refrain from using vanaspati in both veg and non-veg kitchen. We are pleased to inform our customers that we use ghee for cooking biriyani and not vanaspati.
We stand out with respect to sea food. We only buy seer fish for fish curry, fish fry and fish kebabs. This speaks volumes that we use only high quality food products. Though we can source low rate fish products we always stick to seer fish compared to other fish varieties. We only buy fresh seer fish daily and have a quality standard that we only cook fresh fishes for our customers.
That is only true for prawns as well. We only use market fresh prawns for all recipes. We don't use frozen prawns or prawns that are kept in freezer for many days.
We have developed a culture in Home Caterers that makes sure all items serviced to customers are prepared fresh. All items are prepared twice each day morning and evening.
